A seat is an active user account on your instance. Prices exclude VAT. Need more than 500 seats, a purchase order, or multi-year terms? Talk to us.
Licences are currently sold by invoice: tell us what you need and we send a quote. The key is issued to your account as soon as the invoice is settled.

You will be asked to sign in or create an account first — the quote and the licence key are tied to it.
The key is a signed text string generated for your organisation name, edition, seat count and expiry date. It is shown in your account, emailed to you, and stays available for as long as you need it.
Paste the key at Administration → Licensing in Iskue, or POST it to /api/v1/admin/license. The server checks the signature locally against a public key — no internet access, no phone-home, ever.
Licences run for 12 months (longer terms by quote). Renew any time from your account and the new key adds 12 months from the old expiry date, so renewing early never costs you days. After expiry there is a 14-day grace period before the instance turns read-only; your data is never touched.
